Katherine Ginsbach is a senior associate with the Center for Transformational Health Law at the O’Neill Institute.

Her primary research areas include pandemic preparedness and response legislation, global health governance, and disease surveillance. Her other areas of interest include Indigenous health law, and One Health with a specific focus on the Arctic Region.

Prior to joining the O’Neill Institute, she worked as a medical-legal partnership attorney at the Alaska Native Medical Center.

Ginsbach holds a J.D. and an M.S. in global health from University of Notre Dame. She is also a member of the Colorado Bar. Outside of work she enjoys trail running, mountain biking, and skiing.
