Professor Wolfe is a Special Litigation Counsel in the Disability Rights Section of the Civil Rights Division of the Department of Justice. A member of the Section’s senior management team, Professor Wolfe works with attorneys and managers across the Division to implement the Americans with Disabilities Act through enforcement, the development of regulations and technical assistance, and outreach. Professor Wolfe joined the Department in 2003 through the Attorney General’s Honors Program, and served as a trial attorney for eight years. Prior to that, she served for three years as a law clerk for the Honorable Michael J. Melloy on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
