Professor Conry has spent a career in higher education and non profit organizations. He was most recently the Vice President for the Center for Global Development, a non-partisan, non profit organization in Washington, DC and London, UK, dedicated to the mission of reducing global poverty and improving lives through innovative economic research. Prior to that, he served in a variety of senior academic administrative roles at Georgetown University, including as the Vice President for Law Strategic Development and External Affairs, as an Associate Dean at the law campus and as Senior Advisor for government relations and community engagement on the main campus. He is a recipient of the David J. McCarthy, Jr. Award and also the Paul R. Dean Law Alumni Award.

Professor Conry has served as an Adjunct Professor of Law for two decades teaching about issues related to non profit organizations. He received his B.S. from the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service and his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.
