Keysha Taylor is General Counsel and Supervisory Attorney Adviser for the District of Columbia Government’s Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP). Ms. Taylor serves as senior legal advisor to the District’s Chief Procurement Officer and OCP’s Director, supervises a team of attorney advisors and a Freedom of Information Act specialist and manages the legal affairs of the agency. Prior to joining OCP, Ms. Taylor was Director, Senior Counsel and Manager at Deutsche Bank in Jacksonville, Florida. She spent nine years in Deutsche Bank’s Americas Legal Division supporting its equity prime brokerage and derivatives businesses and managed a team of attorneys and legal assistants supporting multiple business lines. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Ms. Taylor spent several years in law firms supporting corporate clients and other clients in the financial services sector on a variety of matters. Ms. Taylor earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law in Gainesville, Florida and her Bachelor of Arts from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. She is a member of the Florida Bar and the District of Columbia Bar.
