Master of Laws summa cum laude, Warsaw University, School of Law and Administration; LL.M., Harvard; a Diploma in British and European Legal Studies from Cambridge and Warsaw Universities summa cum laude; a Diploma in International Arbitration, School of International Arbitration, University of London.

Professor Rozdeiczer is currently the CEO of BATNA Group, mediator, arbitrator, a non-executive board member of a number of companies. He is also Lecturing at the School of International Arbitration at the University of London, and Warsaw Business School. Earlier Professor Rozdeiczer was a Consultant for the World Bank advising on introducing ADR methods to various countries, as well as an Associate and a Senior Hewlett Fellow on Law and Negotiation at Program on Negotiation, Harvard Law School, where he co-taught Negotiation Course, helped design and teach Multiparty Negotiation Advanced Course, and was a Director and Mediation trainer at Harvard Mediation Program. Professor Rozdeiczer also practiced law in international law firms in London and Warsaw, and served as an Advisor to the Secretary of State of the Republic of Poland. Professor Rozdeiczer is also active board number of NGOs, including Vice-president of Auschwitz Birkenau Foundation, and Chairman of Audit Committee of the Harvard Club of Poland.

He published in scholarly periodicals, including: Harvard Negotiation Law Review, Negotiation Journal and Dispute Resolution Magazine. He is also a co-author of a Workbook on Multiparty Negotiation. Professor Rozdeiczer’s current research focuses on mediation in commercial disputes and transactions including corporate reorganization and international transactions, as well as designing and introducing dispute resolution and negotiation systems to various countries.
