Professor Feldstein is a partner in the Chemical/Metallurgical Practice Group of Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, L.L.P., where his practice focuses on patent law in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and analytical and medical device fields. He has experience in client counseling, district court and appellate litigation, and all aspects of patent prosecution, and has lectured to national audiences on these issues. During his graduate work and National Research Counsel post-doctoral fellowship at the Naval Research Laboratory, Dr. Feldstein conducted research in physical chemistry, optics, opto-electronic devices and materials, biosensors, and nanotechnology, and has more than two dozen scientific publications, patents, and presentations in these fields.
