Professor Bravin is a partner in Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp’s Litigation Section, where he leads the International Dispute Resolution Practice and focuses on transnational litigation and investor-state and commercial arbitration matters. He represents private parties and sovereign governments before U.S. courts and international arbitral tribunals. He also has experience in international regulatory compliance and enforcement matters, such as customs, export controls, and embargo laws.
