Megan Pieper is an attorney at Arnold & Porter in the litigation group. She is committed to maintaining a robust pro bono practice. Prof. Pieper served as a law clerk to Hon. Catharina Haynes, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and Hon. Philip R. Martinez, U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas.
Prof. Pieper received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Georgetown. As a law student, she represented Democrats on the House Oversight Committee through Georgetown’s Civil Litigation Clinic and served as an intern at the U.S. Department of Justice’s Civil Rights Division.
