Professor Reedich is Special Counsel in the Office of Chief Counsel of the Division of Corporation Finance of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. He provides legal and interpretive advice on corporate finance, disclosure, enforcement and rulemaking issues. Professor Reedich previously served as Legal Counsel to SEC Commissioners Cynthia Glassman and Kathleen Casey. Prior to joining the SEC, he held numerous positions in the investment banking group of Friedman Billings Ramsey and was an attorney with Hogan & Hartson.
