Professor Rosenthall is an attorney in the Corporate group of Sidley Austin LLP in Washington, D.C. Mr. Rosenthall advises companies at all stages of development, including start-up, emerging growth, and publicly-held, on a variety of corporate and securities matters, including venture capital, financings, mergers and acquisitions, private and public offerings, securities law compliance, and corporate governance. Prior to joining Sidley, Mr. Rosenthall was an attorney in the US Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Corporation Finance and later with another international law firm.

Mr. Rosenthall received his LLM in Securities and Financial Regulation from Georgetown University Law Center in 2011, and his JD and MBA from American University, Washington College of Law and Kogod School of Business in 2007. He earned his BA in Political Science from Tulane University in 2003.

In addition, Mr. Rosenthall is an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University Law Center and at Tulane University Law School. He also serves as the Chairman of the International Securities Committee of the DC Bar.
