Muyiwa Odeniyide is an Associate General Counsel at Nasdaq within the Legal, Risk, and Regulatory Group. Professor Odeniyide investigates and prosecutes violations of Nasdaq regulation rules and federal securities laws. Prior to Nasdaq, he was an Associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, where his practice focused on litigation, securities enforcement, and antitrust. Prior to law school, Professor Odeniyide worked as a consultant at Ernst & Young.

Professor Odeniyide graduated from the University of Maryland College Park with a BS in Finance, and from Georgetown University Law Center, where he was awarded the St. Thomas More Award for outstanding work in legal ethics. While in law school, Professor Odeniyide served as a Managing Editor of the Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics, a Legal Research & Writing Law Fellow, and a Senior Writing Fellow. Professor Odeniyide also interned in the Enforcement Division at the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission and in the Antitrust Division at the U.S. Department of Justice.
