With more than twenty years of experience as a transactional attorney at law firms and multinational companies, Patricia has advised clients in a wide variety of corporate, antitrust, and regulatory matters. More recently, focus has been on advising Brazilian clients on how to structure their legal departments in the United States, including implementation of compliance programs and corporate governance issues.
