Paul Brachman is a litigation associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, where he focuses on complex commercial disputes and antitrust litigation. Paul also maintains an active pro bono practice in state and federal court. Before joining Paul, Weiss, Paul clerked for Judge John T. Copenhaver, Jr.on the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia and Judge Stephanie D. Thacker on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
