Paul G. Hayeck is a Deputy Director for the Division of Enforcement of the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission. Mr. Hayeck joined the Commission in 1999 as a Senior Trial Attorney. He has appeared in numerous federal district courts as litigation counsel for enforcement cases on behalf of the Commission. His cases have involved issues including market manipulation and fraud. Prior to joining the Commission, Mr. Hayeck was a partner in a law firm in Boston, Massachusetts, where he focused on commercial litigation. He holds an LL.M. in Banking Law and a J.D. from Boston University School of Law. He is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
