Professor Levine is a partner in the International Arbitration and Disputes Group at BakerHostetler in Washington, DC. His practice focuses on international investment arbitration, commercial arbitration, and asset recovery. Professor Levine has over a decade of litigation and arbitration experience across an array of different industry sectors, and he has litigated in state and federal courts and arbitrated before ICSID, the ICC, the PCA, the ICDR, AAA, BVI IAC, and other arbitral institutions. Professor Levine graduated from George Washington Law School and The Ohio State University, where he majored in industrial engineering.
