Professor Gronvall is an accomplished business visionary with exceptional leadership and strategic competencies. He serves in key, strategic roles assisting his clients to develop and to leverage innovative technology solutions across practice areas, with particular focus on new business initiatives. As a Senior Managing Director in Ankura’ Legal Technology Solutions practice, Professor Gronvall is focused on enhancing Ankura’s professional services solutions with innovative and disruptive technology. With proven industry experience in developing strategic technology solutions in and around professional services offerings, he serves clients across Ankura’s diverse practice areas, helping to differentiate Ankura in the marketplace.

Professor Gronvall currently serves as Adjunct Professor of Law, Georgetown University Law Center where he teaches an advanced seminar to second and third year law students on law and technology issues. The course explores innovation and technology as disruptive forces in the legal/professional services supply chain, and focuses on the increasing complexity of data and its impact on corporate risk.

Prior to Ankura and Navigant, Professor Gronvall was Co-Founder and Managing Partner of AdamsGrayson, and later, Managing Director at Huron Consulting Group. In 2006 Professor Gronvall co-founded AdamsGrayson, a legal services consultancy that focused on information risk management, discovery readiness assessments and document review projects. AdamsGrayson primarily served AmLaw 100 law firms in Washington, DC, on matters focused in regulated industries, including internal investigations, antitrust/merger reviews, enforcement agency investigations, and large-scale litigations. AdamsGrayson was acquired in July 2012 by Huron Consulting Group.
Professor Gronvall began his career as a corporate attorney at a preeminent Wall Street law firm, where he focused on antitrust and securities litigation matters.
