New York University School of Law Prashanth Murali is Senior Counsel at International Finance Corporation (IFC), the private sector financing arm of the World Bank. He advises the Corporation in connection with its global investment activities in frontier and emerging markets, with a particular emphasis on equity, investment funds and venture capital financing. Prior to IFC, Professor Murali practiced law at international law firms in New York. Professor Murali received a JD from New York University School of Law and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
