Raisa D’Oyley is a Corporate Finance associate in the New York office of Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP. Her practice includes the representation of domestic and international clients in connection with banking, financing and leasing transactions as well as general corporate matters, with a focus on financing transactions. Professor D’Oyley earned a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where she served as Managing Editor for the Georgetown Journal of Law and Modern Critical Race Perspectives. As a member of the Alternative Disputes Resolution Division of Barrister’s Council, she and a teammate won an international negotiations competition.Prior to attending GULC, Professor D’Oyley taught fifth and eighth grade math in the Mississippi Delta as a corps member for Teach for America. She also received a Masters in International Business from the Hough Graduate School of Business at the University of Florida and a B.A.in Political Science from the University of Florida.
