Rebecca Rakatansky Dunnan
Professor Dunnan works as trial counsel for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in the Enforcement Division. Previously, she served as a trial attorney for the Organized Crime and Gang Section of the U.S. Department of Justice and as an assistant district attorney in the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office.
Professor Dunnan received her B.A. from Columbia and her J.D. from Vanderbilt Law School, where she was on the editorial board of the Vanderbilt Law Review.
