B.A., J.D., summa cum laude, University of Michigan. Professor Weinberg is Senior Counsel at the firm of Bredhoff &Kaiser, P.L.L.C. Previously, he was a trial attorney and chief of the appellate division at the Public Defender Service for the District of Columbia. Professor Weinberg taught Constitutional Law as an adjunct professor at Catholic University Law School. He was associate director of the Citizens Board of Inquiry into Health Services for Americans. Professor Weinberg was law clerk to the Honorable William J. Brennan of the U.S. Supreme Court. He was Editor in Chief of the Michigan Law Review.
