Professor Marlaire is a Senior Attorney for the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts, where he focuses on policy issues related to criminal law, cybersecurity, and privacy. Prior to joining the Administrative Office, Professor Marlaire clerked for Judge David H. Coar (ret.) of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He also served as an associate at the law firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and as a prosecutor in the Fraud and Corruption section of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Maryland.
