Shauna Kramer is an associate at Williams & Connolly and focuses her practice on complex civil litigation, securities litigation, and general commercial litigation. She has represented corporations and individuals in a variety of business disputes in both state and federal courts, and in arbitration proceedings. She has experience in a broad range of substantive areas, including False Claims Act cases, commercial disputes, securities class actions, products liability, trademark disputes, and environmental torts.

Born in Buffalo, New York, Professor Kramer grew up in South Florida. She graduated from Washington University in St. Louis, cum laude, in 2009. She received her law degree, magna cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center in 2014, where she was Editor-in-Chief of The Georgetown Law Journal and a member of the Moot Court Team. After graduating from law school, Professor Kramer served as a law clerk to Chief Judge Richard W. Roberts of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. She joined Williams & Connolly in 2015.
