Professor Brightbill is a Partner in Wiley Rein LLP’s International Trade practice. He regularly represents clients on all aspects of international trade law and policy, including import trade remedies, trade negotiations, export controls, and international electronic commerce issues. His clients include a variety of industries, including steel, solar, cabinets and wood products, lined paper, plywood, steel products, flooring, uranium and hand tools. He has participated in more than 60 oral arguments on court appeals. Professor Brightbill also serves as vice chair of the U.S. Industry Trade Advisory Committee on Services (ITAC 10). Professor Brightbill is a frequently published writer and speaker on the topics of international trade, trade policy, and digital trade. He is also a member of the faculty of Georgetown Law’s Global Trade Academy.
