Judge Del Pino received his juris doctorate from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2002. He practiced in immigration and real estate law for a brief period but primarily began his career as an Assistant State’s Attorney for the Montgomery State’s Attorney’s Office where he prosecuted felony and misdemeanor cases and eventually was named the head of the Gang Prosecution Unit which he led for several years.
In 2010 Judge Del Pino became a partner of the Law Offices of Kudel, McGann and Del Pino, LLC. Judge Del Pino handled criminal matters while in private practice over the next 10 years.
On December 5, 2019, Judge Del Pino was appointed as an Associate Judge for the District Court of Maryland for Montgomery County. He handles all criminal and civil matters before the Court. He is also an adjunct professor at the American University teaching undergraduate coursework focused on the legal profession.
