Victor R. Salgado serves as a Senior Litigation Counsel in the Public Integrity Section of the U.S. Department of Justice where he investigates and prosecutes public corruption and related offenses involving federal, state, and local public officials. Prior to joining the Justice Department, Mr. Salgado served as a Deputy Attorney General in the New Jersey Division of Criminal Justice, where he investigated and prosecuted public corruption offenses involving public officials in the State of New Jersey. As an Adjunct Professor of Law at Georgetown Law Center, Mr. Salgado teaches White Collar Crime and Securities Fraud. Mr. Salgado received his bachelor’s degree in Economics from the George Washington University and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Wisconsin.
