Wade Sutton is Deputy International Tax Counsel in the Office of Tax Policy at the U.S. Department of Treasury. Prior to joining the Treasury Department, Wade was a principal in PwC’s Washington, DC office, specializing in cross-border restructuring. He received his A.B. in Philosophy and Economics from Washington University in Saint Louis and his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School.
