Warren L. Dean

Professor Dean is a Partner with Thompson Coburn LLP, which has a nationally recognized transportation practice. He is a former Partner at Dyer, Ellis & Joseph, where he specialized in international transportation and aviation law. He was formerly Assistant General Counsel for International Law at the U.S. Department of Transportation.
