Bill Zapf is a special counsel in the Washington, D.C. office of Cole Schotz, P.C. His practice encompasses white-collar criminal defense and government investigations, complex civil disputes, and legal ethics. His legal ethics practice includes legal malpractice, attorney disciplinary defense, and bar admissions. Before joining Cole Schotz, he worked at Kaiser PLLC and Covington & Burling LLP. He clerked for the Honorable Roger W. Titus, United States District Judge for the District of Maryland. Bill graduated with Highest Honors from The George Washington University Law School, where he was Articles Editor of the George Washington Law Review.
