ICAP is a non-partisan institute within Georgetown University’s Law School that works to ensure people can have renewed confidence in the integrity of their governmental institutions.

ICAP’s recent work includes:

· Safeguarding rights to free expression, assembly, and democratic participation
· Combating threats from unlawful private militias and political violence
· Fighting the criminalization of poverty and other forms of criminal legal system overreach
· Defending the rights of young people and marginalized communities

Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowable by law and can be made by credit card, check, wire transfer, or stock gift. A letter acknowledging your tax-deductible contribution will be mailed to you after your contribution has been received.
