Tinesha Zandamela is the Justice Fellow at the Institute for Constitutional Advocacy and Protection (ICAP). Before joining ICAP, she clerked for the Honorable Joshua Deahl of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals.

Tinesha graduated cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center, where she was as Executive Editor for The Georgetown Law Journal (GLJ). Her Note, published in Volume 113 of GLJ, received GLJ‘s annual award for the best student Note on a social justice issue. Tinesha received her undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University with honors.
