Lisa H. Rohrer, PhD
Lisa H. Rohrer, PhD is the Director of Executive Education and Associate Research Director at the Center for the Study of the Legal Profession at Georgetown Law. Her areas of expertise include the leadership and strategy of professional service firms, client satisfaction and survey research. In addition to launching Georgetown Law's executive education program, she is currently conducting research on the changing management models and structures in law firms, segmentation of the US legal market, and managing professional talent. Prior to joining Georgetown Law, Lisa was the Director of Research at the Hildebrandt Institute, a division of Thomson Reuters. She was also a Research Fellow at Harvard Law School, where she coauthored numerous cases on law firms and other professional service firms. Lisa's articles have appeared in American Lawyer, Practice Innovations and PRWeek as well as academic journals.
