Lisa M. Fthenakis is the Customer Service Coordinator for the Department of Academic Conferences and Continuing Legal Education.  She is a graduate of Georgetown University with a degree in History, and minors in French and Modern Greek Languages. In her role as Customer Service Coordinator, Lisa manages the registration process for all CLE conferences, and is responsible for handling all payments, refunds, and credits pertaining to CLE programs.  Lisa also coordinates the scholarship review process for the department.
