Event Sponsor
$10,000

On-site benefits of sponsorship:

• Two (2) on-site representatives to staff your exhibit space
• Three (3) complimentary client registrations to Georgetown Law's Advanced eDiscovery Institute.  You have the opportunity to share these with clients or potential clients.
• Ten (10) tickets to the Annual eDiscovery Institute Pizza Party hosted by Anne Kershaw and Patrick Oot on Thursday evening.
• 6' tabletop display space in high-traffic area with two (2) chairs.  Spaces will be offered on a first-come-first-served basis.
• Pre-Institute mailing list upon request (mailing addresses only)
• An electronic copy of the attendee mailing list following the program for a one time use (mailing addresses only)
• Inclusion in the exhibitor guide distributed to all Institute registrants upon check-in, which will include the sponsor's logo, contact information and a one-to-three sentence description of services offered

Other Presence Enhancers                               

To participate in any of the presence enhancers listed below you must participate as an official Institute sponsor.  The enhancers are designed to increase your visibility throughout the Institute.

Wireless Internet Sponsorship
$5,000 – sole sponsorship
Throughout the Institute we will be providing wireless internet in both the meeting rooms and in the guest sleeping rooms.  The wireless internet sponsor will be credited on the wireless passcode cards, and will have those cards to distribute to attendees. 

Cocktail Hour Sponsorship
$5,000 – sole sponsorship
On the first evening of the Institute, we will be hosting the eDiscovery Institute Pizza Party.  Prior to the official kick-off of the Pizza Party, one sponsor has the opportunity to host a cocktail hour for all registered attendees to further network as the exclusive sponsor. Sponsor is responsible for making necessary arrangements and payment. 

After Hours Hospitality Suite
$3,500 (1 available)
Following the Pizza Party, you have the opportunity to continue the party in a hospitality suite.  Georgetown Law CLE will send one email on your behalf to attendees promoting your hospitality suite. Sponsor is responsible for making necessary arrangements and payment. 

Registration Bags
$2,500 – sole sponsorship
Sponsor will provide bags to be handed out to each registered attendee. The bag will carry the sponsor's branding. Production of the registration bags are the responsibility of the sponsor. This requires 500 bags to be sent to the Georgetown CLE Offices no later than November 1, 2012.

Water Bottles
$2,500 – sole sponsorship
Sponsor will assist Georgetown Law CLE in its effort to go green by providing refillable water bottles to be used throughout the course of the Institute.  The water bottle will carry the sponsor's branding.  Production of the water bottles is the responsibility of the sponsor.  This requires 750 bottles to be sent to the Georgetown CLE Offices no later than November 1, 2012.

Coffee Mugs
$2,000 – sole sponsorship
Sponsor will assist Georgetown Law CLE in their effort to go green by providing refillable coffee mugs to be used throughout the course of the Institute.  The coffee mug will carry the sponsor's branding.  Production of the mugs is the responsibility of the sponsor.  This requires 500 mugs to be sent to the Georgetown CLE Offices no later than November 1, 2012.

Registration Packet Insert
$750

Are you unable to attend the 2011 Institute but would like to share information about your services or product?  You have the option of providing a brochure, flyer or advertisement for each participant packet.  This requires 500 pieces to be sent to the Georgetown CLE Offices no later than November 1, 2012.

Gift to Conference Attendees
Complimentary

Provide a gift for each of the Institute registrants. Past gifts have included notepads, USB keys, and stress balls imprinted with the sponsor's branding.  This requires 500 pieces to be sent to the Georgetown CLE Offices no later than November 1, 2012.
