Jason Parman from the Office of Personnel Management addressed how to apply to federal government opportunities in a presentation to the LL.M. student body on October 1, 2010. A video recording of his presentation can be found by clicking here.  Mr. Parman provided some very helpful tips regarding federal job applications and strategies for finding a job in the federal government.
