Amy Hirst
Director of Program Management
Amy Hirst is the Director of Program Management for Georgetown Law’s Executive and Continuing Legal Education office.
Following the completion of her law degree, Amy spent eight years working in international rule of law and economic development, facilitating training programs for legal practioneers to improve their skills and understanding of legal practice around the world. She is pleased to be able to transition those experiences to facilitating programs closer to home.
Amy received her JD from the University of Iowa College of Law, where she served as Managing Director of the Journal of Transnational Law and Contemporary Problems, Treasurer of Law Students for Reproductive Justice, and Treasurer and Auction Co-Chair for the Equal Justice Foundation. She holds a BA from Vassar College.
Amy is an avid crafter and can often be found knitting on the train or browsing through craft stores and bookshops.
