Joint & Dual LL.M. Degree Programs
Your education, your path.
Georgetown Law offers exciting joint and dual LL.M. degree options that can expand your legal education and develop interdisciplinary skills by studying in a different field.
Our J.D./LL.M. programs allow J.D. students the opportunity to get a head start with a legal specialization by taking courses in their 3L/4E year that count towards both J.D. and LL.M. program requirements. Students who select this pathway can earn both degrees in 7 full-time semesters.
Our joint and dual degree programs pair a Georgetown LL.M. with a degree program from top ranking universities across the world, providing the ability for students to combine two skill sets, increase career opportunities, and earn two degrees in less time.
