STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. -- Twenty-five students at Curtis High School, St. George, are getting an inside look at what it would be like to go to law school.
Georgetown Law has partnered with high schools across the country. At each high school, the Early Outreach Initiative works with groups of high school seniors by visiting with these students three times during their senior year, and staying in contact afterwards. See below for a map of our most recently participating schools:
The school is launching an initiative to send law students and its dean of admissions into as many as 30 underserved high schools across the country with a specific goal of inspiring students to get a law degree.
