Library

All Georgetown Law graduates are welcome to use the library free of charge. All you need to visit our library is a photo ID to verify your alumni status. Please show your ID to the security guard in the Williams Library.*

We hope that you will enjoy your visit, and we invite you to make use of the collection, databases, and other resources of our world-class library. While on campus, you have free access to hundreds of online research databases. The reference librarians would be happy to help you with your research questions.

The library has also begun a Friends program to enable alumni to stay in touch with Georgetown Law through our library. We hope that while you are here you will join the Friends group. Your support helps us maintain the library as a premier research facility for the entire Georgetown Community and its alumni.

*Please note the Wolff Library, formerly housed in the Hotung Building, has closed as of June 2017.

Ginsburg Sport & Fitness Center

In 2004, the new Ginsburg Sport & Fitness Center opened between the Gewirz Student Center and the Eric E. Hotung International Law Building. Three stories of facilities include a swimming pool, cardiovascular equipment and free weights, aerobics and spinning studios, massage rooms, racquetball courts, and a full-sized basketball/volleyball court. A variety of fitness classes are offered, including aerobics, strength training, spinning, cardio-boxing, yoga, and more!

Georgetown Law alumni are eligible for monthly membership to the Sport & Fitness Center. There are no initiation or processing fees, and there are flexible agreement terms. Spouses of alumni are also eligible to join with the purchase of an alumni membership. Alumni verification status will need to be confirmed by the Office of Alumni Affairs.
