Denny Center Student Dinner Series: “A New Challenge to Delaware Corporate Law from Nevada?”

Please join the Denny Center and our guest, Professor Bob Thompson, for dinner and discussion on Wednesday, March 26, 2025. Dinner and drinks are on us, and spaces are limited to foster a richer discussion on a topic related to the Denny Center’s mission. We’ll be discussing current legislative developments in which Delaware is considering fairly dramatic changes to its corporations code. Seats are allocated in the order responses are received, and if all seats fill up, we’ll keep a wait-list.
