Professor Gornstein is the Executive Director of the Supreme Court Institute and a Visiting Professor at Georgetown Law Center. He previously worked at O’Melveny & Myers in the firm’s appellate practice, specializing in Supreme Court litigation. He was also a Lecturer at the Harvard Law School Appellate Advocacy Clinic.
