Supreme Court Press Preview at Georgetown Law

WASHINGTON – Georgetown Law’s Supreme Court Institute will host its annual press briefing, “Anticipating the Supreme Court’s October Term 2019: What to Expect,” on Tuesday, Sept. 24.

WHAT

A panel of Supreme Court experts will discuss major cases to be argued this fall, including those on employment discrimination against gay and transgender individuals, gun control and the Trump administration’s move to end DACA; as well as pending cases on abortion restrictions and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
