The Dean’s Achievement award is presented at Dean William M. Treanor’s discretion to the students who have shown outstanding leadership and made invaluable contributions to the Georgetown Law Community.

The American Law Institute Continuing Legal Education Scholarship and Leadership award is presented to a law student in the graduating class who best represents a combination of scholarship and leadership, the qualities of the American Law Institute.

Joyce Chiang Memorial Award
The Joyce Chiang Memorial award is presented to the graduating, part-time student with a demonstrable commitment to public service.

Jeffrey Crandall Award
The Jeffrey Crandall award is presented to the graduating student who “best exemplifies the ideals and commitment of the late Jeffrey Crandall, whose involvement in legal aid and personal dedication to his fellow man inspired the establishment of the fund in his name”.

National Association of Women Lawyers Outstanding Law Student Award
The National Association of Women Lawyers Outstanding Law Student award is presented to the graduating student who best represents the following criteria: contributes to the advancement of women in society; promotes issues and concerns of women in the profession; exhibits motivation, tenacity and academic achievement; and earns the respect of the Georgetown Law community.
