Law is an expansive profession with a vast number of practice areas and settings. During your time at Georgetown Law, you won’t just gain the knowledge and skills to practice law. You’ll also gain an appreciation for the industry while discovering how to turn your interests into a fulfilling legal career.

Getting through your three years here with a degree and a few internships under your belt is a great start. But to achieve your post-graduate goals, you’ll need a game plan to:

  • Investigate many different career paths and their compatibility with your interests, skills and personal motivations.
  • Develop the competencies that will make you competitive in an ever-changing market.
  • Build relationships with alumni and other mentors who can guide you along the way.
