Are course materials included in the program registration fee?
Yes, the registration fee for all programs includes course materials. All course materials will be provided to you electronically.

Do you offer group discounts?
We offer group discounts – for three or more participants – for many of our programs. Please contact our office at (202) 662-9890 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about group discounts.
Do you have a scholarship program or offer any assistance for people experiencing financial hardship?
Yes, Georgetown Law CLE provides scholarships for programs on a case-by-case basis. The Scholarship Committee makes every effort possible to provide equal educational opportunities to all. Due to a limited scholarship fund, Georgetown Law CLE aims to award scholarships to those who would otherwise be unable to attend.
To apply for a scholarship to a particular program, please complete the scholarship application and submit it to our office at least five weeks prior to the program date. For programs with registration fees of $500 or less, scholarships do not typically exceed 50% of the registration fee. For programs with registration fees above $500, approved recipients will receive at least a 50% reduction. Please note that scholarship funds may only be applied to registration and course fees and do not cover lodging, travel costs, or miscellaneous expenses. You should expect to hear from the committee four weeks before the program.

What if I need to cancel my registration?
Please send us a written notice of your cancellation via email. In order to receive a refund (less $150 administrative fee), your cancellation request must be received seven days prior to the program. Please send your requests for refunds via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Your refund should be issued within 4 to 6 weeks.
May I send someone as a substitute if I cannot attend?
Substitutions may be made at any time prior to the program at no cost. If you cannot attend and you would like to send someone as a substitute, please call us at (202) 662-9890 or e-mail email@example.com as soon as possible.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
We are confident that you will leave this conference with more than enough ideas and insights to make your investment pay off. However, if you feel you have not received your money’s worth by the end of the program, please contact a member of our registration team before leaving the conference. All refund requests will be carefully reviewed and are subject to approval by the Executive Director.
