On September 7, 2018 the Center for the Advancement of the Rule of Law in the Americas (CAROLA) and Foreign Lawyers at Georgetown (FLAG) hosted a panel discussion that touched upon transparency and international investment in Argentina. The panel was comprised of Gabriela Sakamoto, Partner of Mayer Brown (Washington, D.C.), and Rodrigo Miguel, President of the “Club de la República.” The event was moderated by Georgetown Law Professor Emeritus and CAROLA Faculty Affiliate, Joseph Page.
