Labor and Liability in U.S. Contracts

Contractors should be aware of liability under U.S. government contracts related to the use of third-country nationals as laborers. There are currently about 45,000 third-country nationals from countries such as Kenya, the Philippines, Nepal, and India working on U.S. defense contracts in CENTCOM countries alone. 

This free session is open to all and may be particularly useful for compliance officers and legal counsel.
