Cancellations, Rain Checks, and Substitutions
Cancellation notices must be received at least seven (7) business days prior to a program for a refund, less an administrative fee. The administrative fee is generally $100, but does vary depending on the particular program and registration level. If an attendee is registered for both a two-day program as well as that program's one-day counterpart, only one administrative fee will be assessed if the attendee cancels registration for one or both programs.
Rain checks for a future program will be granted for cancellations received fewer than seven (7) business days prior to the date of the program.
Substitutions are accepted at any time prior to the program.
