Cancellations, Rain Checks, and Substitutions
Cancellation notices must be received at least seven (7) business days prior to a program for a refund, less a $100 administrative fee. If an attendee is registered for both a two-day program as well as that program's one-day counterpart, only one $100 administrative fee will be assessed if the attendee cancels registration for one or both programs.
Cancellation Policy for The Shrinking Pyramid: Due to the low registration fee, registrations are nonrefundable, but we will accept substitutions at any point leading up to the program. For more information, please contact us at (202)662-9890 or email@example.com.
Cancellation Policy for The O'Neill Institute Summer Program on Global Health Law and Governance: Non-Communicable Diseases and the Law: registration cancellations and requests for refunds must be received in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org by Friday, May 17, 2013. All refund requests will be charged a $100 administrative handling fee and will be processed after the conference. There will be no refunds after Friday, May 17th. Rainchecks and substitutions are not permitted for this program.
Rain checks for a future program will be granted for cancellations received fewer than seven (7) business days prior to the date of the program.
Substitutions are accepted at any time prior to the program.
