Molly Scott is a Program Attorney for the Department of Academic Conferences and Continuing Legal Education. In that role, she manages the event planning and logistical components of departmental conferences, including: the International Trade Update, the Advanced Commercial Leasing Institute, the Advanced State and Local Tax Institute, Bankruptcy: Views from the Bench, and the Advanced eDiscovery Institute. Before joining CLE, Molly spent five years as Assistant and then as Associate Director of Graduate Career & Professional Development at Georgetown Law, counseling LL.M. students in their career searches and planning all aspects of student and employer participation in the Taxation Interview Program for Tax LL.M. students. Previously, Molly spent five years practicing higher education regulatory law in a mid-sized law firm in Washington, DC. Molly earned her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, and she is a member of the Pennsylvania and District of Columbia Bars. Molly graduated with her B.A., magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, in History from Williams College in 2000, where she also enjoyed swimming for her school.
