Ivana Djak is a Litigation Associate at Clifford Chance where she represents individual and corporate clients in cross-border and domestic white-collar government investigations, related regulatory and civil proceedings, and internal investigations, in matters before the Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and other federal, state, and foreign enforcement agencies. Ivana has also represented individuals and corporations in commercial litigations involving contract disputes and fraud.

Ivana graduated with a J.D. from Georgetown Law, and a B.A. in Government and English from Harvard College. Ivana started her legal career at Clifford Chance in New York and then clerked on the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, before rejoining the firm.
