What is Early Action?

Early Action applications are reviewed first in our rolling admissions process and receive early notification.

If you are admitted to an LL.M. program under Early Action, this is not binding. You will have the same deadline as Regular Action admitted students to decide whether or not you will attend Georgetown.

What is Priority?

Applicants who complete their applications by the priority deadline will receive a decision within 6-10 weeks and before April 1st, allowing plenty of time to make plans and arrangements for Fall enrollment.

Applicants also must apply by the priority deadline to guarantee consideration for our general merit based scholarships. Applicants applying after the priority deadline will still be considered for scholarships, but we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.

Applicants who apply after the priority deadline will also be charged an increased application fee of $100.
